Temporary fencing (also called "temp fencing", "site fencing" or "portable fencing") is freestanding mesh fence panels that clip together and stand in weighted feet — no digging, no permanent footings, no damage to the ground. Panels can be installed on grass, dirt, concrete, asphalt or pavers and removed cleanly when the job is done. The standard panel size we hire out is 2.4m wide × 2.1m high — the height and configuration required under the NSW Work Health & Safety Regulation and most Sydney council DA conditions for construction and demolition sites.

For CBD sites, schools, or anywhere the fence is going to be tested — heavier gauge, tighter mesh, additional bracing.
Rough guide: measure the perimeter you need to enclose in metres and divide by 2.4 (each panel is 2.4m long) — that's your panel count. Add 1 for a pedestrian gate opening, 2 if you want a vehicle gate. A standard 400–600m² Sydney block is usually 30–50 panels for a full perimeter demolition fence.
